The Buffalo Approach
Buffalo Counseling and Human Services was founded to bring affordable mental health care to the Waco area. Whether individual, marriage and couples, families, or workplace workshops we approach each session with personalized treatment plans.

All therapy appointments will take place in our offices, where you will find security, safety, privacy, and comfort. A place where you can be free to discuss any and all situations life has thrown at you.

Gather Info

Create A Profile
We use software called Simple Practice to schedule appointments, keep notes, fill out paperwork etc. Making a profile is quick, simple, and allows us to get started as soon as possible. Follow the “get started” button at the top or bottom of the page, or contact us on the contact page for more information on how to begin.

Complete Paperwork
You must complete paperwork before your sessions. This is done after you create your profile on Simple Practice. The paperwork gets sent to you automatically. When you are done, you can request an open appointment time on the app, or email us to set up a time.

Schedule and Payment
Once you have filled out paper work or contacted us, you can request an appointment time and we can get started! As for payment, we currently us Square and keep a card on file. This will change to a billing service later in 2025. We always do our best to get you in ASAP for appointments. We look forward to working with you.
