About Me
My name is Dalton Berryhill and I can be your new Counselor. I graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Christian Studies. After completion I was a Youth Pastor in Texas for 3 years before returning to school at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor where I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I am happily married to the love of my life, Sadie, and look forward to spending many years with her and our future family. I feel that God has called me to be an ear that listens, a voice that encourages, and to be an honest person that is not afraid of discussing difficult truths.
My Approach to Counseling
I believe that therapy happens primarily from the relationship that we will build over the course of our time together. Spirituality and my Christian beliefs play a large role in my life, so I bring that into each session with the intent to love each person just as they present themselves.
From a therapy perspective, I follow Gestalt orientation that focuses on the awareness of the issues in one’s life which becomes the driving force for change. With encouragement and challenge we can pursue purpose and motivation to reach your life’s potential together during therapy.
My Rates
Individual Session
Typically meeting weekly or bi-weekly, therapy takes place in a one-on-one setting in-person. Contact me with email for possible online sessions or financial concerns.
50 mins | $150
Couple’s Session
Meeting weekly or bi-weekly therapy takes place with both people present. Honesty in sessions is the best policy so I hold a “no-secrets” policy for all couples. This means there is nothing that is shared with the counselor without the other party knowing.

Family Session
Weekly or bi-weekly meetings. I am flexible on times I understand getting the whole family in can be difficult I’ll work with you to the best of my abilities.
